Subscriptions are valid only for productions scheduled for the subscription series chosen.
A subscriber who cannot attend a performance can request to have his/her seat made available to be sold again by the box office provided he/she gives the box office notice to that effect at least ten days in advance. We kindly ask our subscribers to be aware that the resale of the seats can only be offered after all the other available seats have been sold by the Box Office at their normal price and the number of events chosen. In case the seat is actually sold, the subscriber can opt for obtaining a refund, amounting to 60% of the price of the event not attended, calculated as a single installment proportional to the subscription price. The subscriber will be duly informed of the sale of his/her seat.
Otherwise, a subscriber can choose to attend a performance of the same production during another subscriber series, provided he/she gives notice by fax at least three days in advance. Please be aware that the seats at disposal for such an exchange, according to their actual availability, will be limited to the family circle, gallery and side boxes. The cost for this service is € 1.00.
Under special production circumstances and for exclusively technical reasons, the Fenice reserves the right to replace a subscriber’s seat with another one of equal value.
In the event that a performance is totally cancelled, a proportional share of a subscriber’s subscription will be refunded to him/her at the box office. Whenever, upon subscriber request, such a refund is made in a different way, the Fenice reserves the right to charge the subscriber for any expenses incurred.
The box office cannot issue any copy of the subscription ticket. In case of loss or theft, the admission right can only be recovered by submitting a relevant police report or a self-certification deemed acceptable by the Fenice administration.
All areas of the Fenice are accessible for people with physical disabilities.

By leaving a message and phone number on the Courtesy Answering Machine, subscribers will be called back between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday. They will receive answers to questions regarding, for example, their subscriptions, Fenice events and other services.

By sending a fax to the number listed above, subscribers can request to attend a performance in a series not subscribed for (following the procedure described above in the relevant paragraph 3).
Moreover, according to the above-mentioned procedure (para. 3), a subscriber deciding not to attend an event included in his/her subscription can opt for obtaining a refund; this latter will amount to 60% of the price of the event not attended, calculated as a single installment proportional to the subscription price (and the number of events chosen.).
Finally, subscribers can request through this same service any other assistance (regarding, for instance, the loss of a subscription card, purchase of other seats, information, etc.).
